Miracle Minded, Pt. 5

John uses the word “sign” 17 times in connection to Jesus performing a miracle. Signs are miracles that point beyond themselves, beyond the physical event, to highlight the deity of Christ. This miracle that Jesus performed was done on a Nobleman's dying son 15 miles away. This is a miracle for anyone who struggles with doubt!

How many of us have been driven by doubt, have encountered days with doubt. But what we need is strong faith when those days hit us. Doubt sees the obstacles, faith sees the way, doubt see the darkest night, faith see the brightest day, doubt dreads to take a step, faith sours on high, doubt asks, “Who can believe?” but faith answers, “I Do!”
